The location
Number 5 is located in the unique village of Wortwell on the Suffolk/Norfolk border. The holiday cottage itself nestles in the corner of a residential cul-de-sac. Whilst set in a rural village there is easy access to all the larger market towns and cities of East Anglia.
It is an ideal base to explore from. Within 35 miles in each direction you will have access to the sea, adventure parks, market towns with places to eat and drink, the River Waveney with footpaths to explore and on the edge of The Broads.
Pleasurewood Hills Adventure Park, Lowestoft on the coast
Go Ape and Thetford Forest to the West
Southwold a charming seaside town to the East
Norwich Castle - in the fine city to the North
Abbey Gardens in Bury St Edmunds to the West

All on one floor, Number 5 offers a large living space, separate kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with shower over the bath and a quiet secluded garden to enjoy.
The holiday cottage is for up to 4 people only
All bed linen is included but please bring your own towels (these can be provided at an extra cost of £15 per week/booking if requested)
the holiday cottage is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival until 10am on the day of your departure

Unseen as the bank is too steep to climb but everyone needs to know what’s at the top!
Number 5 is easily reached via the main routes into East Anglia, either the A11 or A12 and then along the A143. Fly into Stanstead, or travel over the sea and via the port of Harwich by car it is only a couple of hours away. You are then free to travel to explore the local area, as far north to the delights of the North Norfolk coast, west to the Brecklands near Thetford, east to the start of the stunning Broads at Beccles or south-east to the Suffolk coast.
